Murtha Revisited

Travel, work and illness have kept posting lighter than I'd prefer. More soon if health holds.

I heard an interview with Congressman Murtha today on NPR. It was absolutely horrendous. Borderline nonsensical. Many of his responses to the interviewer's questions were incoherent.

More on the nature of victory this weekend. Belmont Club has had an open post and it has been very interesting to read . . .

Interesting site. I don't remember the military during VN being in such bad condition as some of you state. The whole mythology about VN has become ridiculous. Half of it is made up by people who weren't there at the time. Although I never went to VN (71-73)USMC, i can guarantee you the discipline stateside was impressive.

VN means different things to different people. You can be sure you will get a glimpse of where someone stood 35 years ago by what they say today.

Good Luck to you Chester ???? Have I heard that before? I hope Iraq turns out as well as you hope for.
